Design basis
Specify flow and turndown, oil-in-water and solids distribution, droplet and particle size, salinity, temperature, gas availability, target outlet quality and downstream discharge or reinjection duty.
Produced Water Treatment · ENGINEERED SCOPE
IGF packages remove dispersed oil and suspended solids from produced water by generating fine gas bubbles that attach to contaminants and float them to a controlled skim layer. Upstream oil-droplet preservation and chemical conditioning strongly affect performance.

Engineering approach
A technically defined package begins with the operating envelope—not a catalogue model.
Rated capacity, minimum stable load, feed envelope, inlet and outlet conditions, product specification, start-up and shutdown cases, design life and acceptance criteria are agreed before equipment definition is frozen. Package basis also fixes battery limits, skid envelope, lifting and shipping constraints, utility tie-ins, FAT scope, preservation requirements and commissioning deliverables.
Specify flow and turndown, oil-in-water and solids distribution, droplet and particle size, salinity, temperature, gas availability, target outlet quality and downstream discharge or reinjection duty.
The package may use mechanical induction or recycled-gas eductors, multiple flotation cells, chemical injection, inlet conditioning, skimming, sludge or oil collection and produced-gas containment.
Review covers hydraulic retention, gas-to-water ratio, short-circuiting, bubble dispersion, chemical response, skimmer control, gas safety, oil-sludge handling, online monitoring and performance sampling points.
