Inspection system
The quality plan covers receiving, in-process and final inspection, with client representatives and third-party agencies participating where the contract requires. Findings, corrective actions, non-conformities and closure evidence are recorded against the relevant item and document revision.
Testing and records
Equipment and system tests are performed under approved procedures and work instructions. Test supervision, calibrated instruments, acceptance criteria, release notes and manufacturing records are assembled into a handover package that can be audited after shipment.
ASME references
ASME BPVC sections may govern materials, pressure vessels, welding and nondestructive examination, together with care and in-service provisions where required. The applicable edition, jurisdiction and code boundary are confirmed in the project design basis.
Piping codes
Potential references include ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.5, B31.8, B31.9, B31.11, B31.12 and B31G. The selected code, class, design conditions and responsibility split are recorded for each line system.
API references
References may include API 537 for flare details, API 5L for line pipe, API 650 for welded oil-storage tanks and API 620 for large low-pressure storage tanks. Applicability is confirmed against the actual equipment and contract.
Certificates
Certificates are published only with a searchable title, issuer, scope, issue date and validity status. Archived images remain controlled records until the original files and current validity are confirmed.
